Contemporary rustic kitchen cabinets are coming in strong. I'm starting to see a lot of this. Mixing old with contemporary is a very hot trend these day, especially in the kitchen. This is one trend that I have fallen in love with. Mixing the look of traditional, contemporary, rustic, all in one kitchen.
I love the look and feel that you get from mixing many design elements together. I know I said this before, but I'll say it again, "What's old, is new again!"

ReplyDeleteCan you tell me whether/where the reclaimed wood kitchen cabinet illustrated in the photo by Julanda Kruse (Piet-Jan Van Den Kommer) can be procured in the US...can't seem to find a specific product description for the cabinet revealed in the photo?
I'm sorry I wish I could tell you but that website is no longer available. Not sure why. And I don't know where that designer purchased it. Perhaps you can try googling rustic kitchen cabinet and see what comes up. I'm sorry that is the best I can do.
